## 🪪 Identity Verification

Required for IRR payments.
Mobile number verification is mandatory and payment gateway locks to that number.
📲 Send mobile number in @WE_VPSBOT to receive OTP.

## 🖥 New Server Request

First check capacity with `/limit` in @WE_VPSBOT.
If unavailable, send:

* Datacenter (if specific)
* Country
* Budget

# Financial & Usage Rules

💵 Minimum deposit: $1
🔔 Minimum balance: $0.50 (If balance < 2× hourly cost → servers deleted)
⏳ Billing: Hourly auto-deduct
🛠 Create/Delete limit: Max 3 servers per hour
📈 Active server limit: Max 3 simultaneous servers
➕ +1 server allowed per $10 deposit
💾 Data responsibility: Backup is customer’s responsibility. No liability for data loss.
⚠️ Warnings: Max 3 warnings. After 3rd → account, balance & servers suspended. Each warning may include $0–$10 fine.
🤝 Resellers: No daily limit (coordination required).
🚫 No refunds under any condition.
🏢 Datacenter capacity not guaranteed. Balance ≠ reservation.
📜 Users must follow local, hosting-country & international laws. Violations may result in suspension and legal cooperation.
🔄 Rules may change anytime. Continued usage = acceptance.

# 🔄 IP Change Options

You have 2 options:

1️⃣ Since billing is hourly (Pay-As-You-Go), simply delete the server and create a new one.

2️⃣ In **3HCloud** and **Hostman**, IP change without data loss is available for **$0.35**.
